退院・復帰のご報告と更新再開のお知らせ

先月末より急な体調不良により入院し、その後もしばらく療養を続けておりましたが、おかげさまで無事に回復いたしました。

入院中ならびに療養期間中は、多くの方々にご心配とご迷惑をおかけしてしまい、大変申し訳ありませんでした。

また、温かいメッセージやお気遣いをいただき、心より感謝申し上げます。

まだ本調子とは言えない部分もありますが、体調と相談しながら、明日より通常通りの記事更新を再開していく予定です。

これまでと変わらず、柔術＆グラップリングの情報をしっかりと発信していきますので、引き続きご覧いただければ幸いです。

I was hospitalized at the end of last month due to a sudden health issue and continued my recovery for some time thereafter, but I am pleased to report that I have now made a full recovery.

I sincerely apologize for any concern and inconvenience caused during my hospitalization and recovery period. I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the many warm messages and kind support I received.

While I am not yet completely back to full strength, I will carefully monitor my condition and plan to resume my regular article updates starting tomorrow. As always, I will continue to provide thorough coverage of Jiu-Jitsu and grappling, and I hope you will continue to follow my work.
